This is the quick start guide to this site.

Where to start?

Depends on your skill set and experience, but everyone should probably check the ‘About’ page first to get a feel for what this site is really about. So here we go.

Beginner to the Internet

This site is blog styled, meaning it is a site that is made up of numerous articles and tutorials. They are organized by categories. So you can click on whatever category interests you.

Definitely need to check out the Beginner, Essentails, and Email categories first. On the top you also have choices to navigate pages. Which is how you got to this page ‘Quick Start’

Regular Internet User

You probably already realize that this is in a blog style format hosted by WordPress which is the leading standard for blogging. What you probably will find is that this is different from a run of the mill personal blog which would report on my daily events.

This page is using blog style to insulate the author from the redundancy of formatting pages for each tutorial or discussion to be shared. It allows for the quick production of content without worry of maintaining everything uniform and consistent. Everything is more or less taken cared of automatically.

But I digress, my recommended strategy for you is to start at the categories that you don’t recognize. This will expose you of course to new things, but when you are done I encourage you to go back to the categories you already recognize. More than likely you will see new ways of using things you already know.
